The cleaning protocols of this property put my mind at ease and made me feel at home. I saw signage in key areas, hand sanitizer dispensers in frequent traffic areas, contactless check-in and out, and clear communication protocol on how to reach out to Reception or staff. The staff are very helpful. They assisted me to get PCR test appointment as required for my travel back to USA. They also assisted me in my super early morning airport transport. Their service is top of the class. Best place to stay in Madrid. It is in the epicenter of everything you want to do, to see, or to shop. I will highly recommend this property.

Good location 👍 frendli staff and helpful but the beds need to improve is not camftibil , offer a taxi 🚕 services to the airport at the cost of 30 euro . Next to shop s and metro 🚇 public transport shopping till 10pm restorant nextdoor no problems to eat

I had a twin room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was a good size and was clean. Wifi was available as well as a washing machine and dryer. There was a communal area with a sink, microwave and fridge. The hostel is a few minutes walk to puerto del sol, the main square in the city. No complaints, would recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay in Madrid. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable of activities and places to see and to do around the city of Madrid. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I need to feel like I’m home. It truly lives up to its brand: Far Home.

I stayed here for one night whilst I was visiting to watch the Madrid v Tottenham match and I would definitely recommend this place. I got the metro from the airport to Gran Vil. You need to catch a few different lines to get there but no real issues. I paid €14.40 for a 2 day pass.If you are going to travel around Madrid I would recommend doing a day pass. Bear in mind the metro is ridiculously hot. Once out the station (Gran Vil) you will see a McDonald’s. Turn right and walk until you see the Real Madrid club shop. Turn left and the place is at the end. It is a few minutes walk. Make sure you go to the first floor and ring the door bell in the far right corner. It was a little confusing at first when you arrive at reception as it looks like an apartment block. Although check in was at 15:00 I was able to check in early. The young lady on reception was great. She was really welcoming and polite. I was on the first floor and there are 8 rooms on this level. I booked a twin room for €58 which I believe is great value. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Nice size TV on the wall and plenty of power sockets by the beds. Plenty of room to hang your clothes if needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and hot. Just what you want in the morning! Plenty of toiletries and fresh towels. I needed my passport photocopied before going to the match and the gentleman was more than willing to help me. Great customer service. There is a kitchen where you can store food and a place to sit and eat. The hostel is a short walk from Plaza Mayor Square where I drank most of the day. I have been to Madrid before and there is plenty to do and see. This review is purely based on the hostel which I highly recommend.
